I am going to be completely honest..DC scares me. I told myself I will never drive into DC because it is like driving in New York! Yeah, I am that person..but after this engagement session I totally have a LOVE but still hate for DC! Besides the chaotic driving, unlimited amounts of horns honking, and the ridiculously priced parking, I could totally get used to DC! My first engagement session in DC was a huge success and we could not have asked for a more perfect day!

We started off with the Chinatown Gate and only had maybe 25 seconds to get the perfect shot before the crosswalks would be busy with cars!! We did do it about 5 times and it was definitely the most entertaining thing! Leah + Trey were AMAZING during this time! After the first few shots we took, I just knew this engagement session was going be a good one! After Chinatown, we headed to Iron Horse where they shared their first date at! After Iron Horse, we taxied our way to Meridian Hill Park and this where I fell in love with the city! I would absolutely come back to this park every weekend if I could! I am so happy Leah suggested her session to be in DC otherwise I would never know what the real DC life was! Leah + Trey taught me a lot about this city and I can’t wait to have a session here again!
