Whether you just got engaged, are eloping in a dreamy location, or celebrating your one-year wedding anniversary with your husband, you came to the right place! After being a professional photographer for five years, I have had the privilege to photograph joyful couples with their bursting love for one another! I believe that every couple has a story to tell and I would love to hear your story; how you met, how he proposed to you and what made you fall head over heels in love.
What I love most, is connecting and building a relationship with my couples on a personal level and getting to know them to ensure we are a great fit!! On your wedding day, I want to feel like one of your best friends! After all, I’ll be by your side your whole wedding day! Choosing the right photographer is extremely important, because after your wedding day passes, the only thing you will have left are your memories and photographs. Let’s Be Friends!

One of the most important things to me is building an amazing relationship with you! This isn’t just a business transaction for me - I truly value you! I want you to have faith in the fact that although I am technically a vendor, I consider myself a friend first. I love to set up video chats and so we can meet face to face and discuss all the pretty details about your wedding day!

Save the Date!

Yay! You decided to be a Courtney Morgan Bride! Once you make the decision to move forward, the booking process is a breeze! I will gather some information and from there, I’ll write up our contract & send the invoice for your retainer. Once that is signed, we are officially OFFICIAL!
"WELCOME TO THE FAMILY! Now that the contract is signed, it's time to officially meet each other, talk about your love story, talk all about wedding things, and show off that love of yours to the camera!"

Engagement Session

It’s time to pick the perfect location for your engagement session. I’m an adventurer so if you’re looking to hike to get that breathtaking view or if you’re looking to take a road trip to the beach, I’m so down for that! We will spend 90 minutes together and I will coach you through posing for the entire session. This is the perfect time for us to get to know one another & get comfortable working together!

Final Video Chat

As your wedding day approaches, I will send you a questionnaire that gives me all the details I need to know about your wedding day. Finalized timelines, all vendors involved, and all the details you worked so hard on! Once that is submitted, we will have our final video chat to discuss all wedding things and any questions you may have!

Wedding Day

Yayy!! The day is finally here! The day you’ve been waiting for your entire life! At this point, all questions have been answered, the schedule has been finalized, and you are ready to walk down the aisle. I will be there from beginning to end capturing your most special day!

Gallery Delivery
step 06.
You can expect to receive your finished gallery approximately three weeks following your wedding day. Your online gallery is where you are able to download, share and print all of the high-resolution digital files. They are backed up for 10 years online, so your gallery won’t disappear on you! The link I give to you is shareable as well so your entire family/friends can see them as well!

Album Design

If you choose a wedding package with a custom designed leather album, we will begin the album design process after you receive your digital gallery. We will work together to create beautifully designed spreads, choose cover options and finalize details for your album before it’s printed and shipped directly to you.

All wedding collections include a complimentary engagement session, 8 hours of coverage, and an online gallery that displays all of your beautifully high resolution digital files.
If you are eloping or renewing your vows and won’t need full day coverage, I would absolutely love to create a custom collection that will suit your day best!

I am located in Fredericksburg, VA which is about 45 minutes outside of Washington DC...but I love to travel and always have my passport ready!
Where are you located?
ABSOLUTELY! I travel all over! I’ve photographed weddings in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Delaware, and all the way across the country in Washington State!
Will you travel for my wedding?
Truthfully, it’s best if you book me as soon as you book your venue and have your wedding date secured. Especially if you’re looking to book in the fall! My calendar fills up very quickly during the fall months!
When should I book you for my wedding?
I will guide you through this whole process! I will give you tips and tricks on what looks phenomenal and what doesn’t photograph so well. I promise, you’ll look fabulous for your session!
What should I wear to my engagement session?
For an engagement session, expect to receive your online gallery 1 week from your session date. For your wedding photos, expect to receive your online gallery in 3 weeks!
When will I receive my photos?
I do offer the opportunity to purchase a second photographer option! With that said, I have photographers that I absolutely adore and trust to photograph your day along side of me if you do choose that option!

Courtney was so wonderful to work with! She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are 100% happy. She was calm, relaxed, and constantly making us laugh which was exactly what we needed on our stressful wedding day.
